Memorization

Remember that this is a complex cognitive task you are doing here, equivalent to learning a song on a piano or guitar, so it is going to be challenging and take some time (anywhere between 30 - 60 minutes). Just make sure you are patient and take breaks as necessary.  And above all, do NOT get frustrated. Trust in your brains ability to adapt and learn new skills.

Step 2

One of the most challenging aspects of memorizing song lyrics is in the transitions.  Here, you are going to first review what you memorized in lesson 1, then you are going to practice the transition from the lesson 1 lyrics to the lesson 2 lyrics.

Step 3

Now that you have both sections and the transition down, it's time to put it all together. Remember to be patient and to NOT get frustrated.  Just keep at it and eventually your brain will start to latch on to things.  You might also want to take a break before doing this if you've been here for a while.

Step 5

And finally - the last step!  If you were able to do this at 15%, moving to full speed shouldn't be that hard.  Sing along with the entire audio and marvel at your Mandarin rap abilities!
